Are there easy ways for a beginner to Astral Project?
Hello. I've been interested in astral projection and out of body experiences for a couple years. I am currently 15 years old and want to take my knowledge of these topics previously only read about them. My parents feel very strongly that there is nothing supernatural magic, or anything else unusual exsists in this world. Therefore, there is no way I can buy online audio clips or anything because it allowed me to use their credit cards. I really want to know how to Astral Project. I tried by myself just by listening to my breathing and heartbeat for an hour or so to I relaxed, but never get far at all. The most you get is a feeling of heaviness in the feet. Therefore, if anyone knows an easy way to Astral Project or if they know of free sites that will helpp out, would be a great help. Also, if anyone has any information about it, email me about it please.
