Should I go to hypnotherapy if I want some things in my personality changed? Work? (Read more)?

I am a contractor, business for a long time, and I'm doing well for me. I have some nice features that I want to take, and I want to eliminate some negative. but I've been trying for a while and I forget and keep going back to bad habits, I want to be like a certain person that I admire and someone said to try hypnosis, I can get (Unconsciously) to work harder, to use the information I have learned and have more self control (I have a problem spending lots of money on women) – it really work? can hypnosis help me a better world through hard work, the employer with the right attitude (another problem I have is negative thoughts sometimes kill my job) … please help …

I would suggest a good therapist or life coach. Therapy can have a bad reputation, but in essence it is someone to talk about how you want to change and that the controls with you about how it goes. Like a running mate who helps motivate you, and someone to help give a perspective external. You are highly motivated, a good sign. Having someone to help talk about the details would likely be a big help.
